How long does delivery take?
You will need to allow up to 14 days.
Most orders will turn have a shorter turnaround time frame but as we don't do our own printing we need to allow for some delays to the workflow of other businesses. Most prints are printed on demand which may take a few days, then Australia post from the regions can sometimes have delays. We hope you can provide us with your understanding.

How will I know when my order is on the way?
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a link to view your online order. Follow the link and you will be able to look up your tracking details.
If you do not receive any notifications, please check your spam/junk folder.
What do I do if my order does not arrive after 20 business days?
Please check your tracking details and contact the postal or delivery service for updates on your orders delivery status. As with any postal service, sometimes things can be delayed in transport. The postal services are the best people to discuss these issues with. If they are unable to assist you, please contact us directly. If the tracking for your order is empty or incorrect, please email mirellafineart@gmail.com and we will follow it up asap.

Pick Up Options
Some items have a pick up option available. If you are local to Margaret River you will find us at Trinder Driver, Margaret River Western Australia. - We will contact you once your print has arrived so just message us to let us know when you will collect it from the Studio.
We will email you when your items are ready to collect. If you do not receive any notifications, please check your spam/junk folder.
Faulty or Damaged Returns
Mirella Prolongeau will only offer a refund or exchange where the item ordered arrives faulty or damaged. So we are able to best assist you please email the details eg Print name, order number, images of the fault and a short description to mirellafineart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days.
